After receiving her Business Administration degree from Auburn University and subsequent CPA

certification, Layne joined the firm in 2007. As a shareholder since 2019, she provides a full range of

assurance and tax services to clients in various industries, specializing in construction, nonprofit, retail

and wholesale as well as individual income tax preparation.

Layne served on the launch team and is currently a member of the Century Church in Pike Road where

she serves in the children’s ministry. She also serves as Treasurer for the Pike Road Kiwanis Club.

In her spare time, Layne enjoys relaxing with her family at the lake and cheering on her Alma Mater, the

Auburn Tigers.

Layne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of

Certified Public Accountants.
